I ordered Probiotics from Life Fit Labs, received 1st bottle on time. 2nd bottle was billed to me, but I never received it. I called and Life Fit told me that UPS had delivered the package and I had signed for it. I let them know that I live alone, and was not even home on the day they say it was delivered. They were to track the package. UPS followed up with me and I stated with them that I never received package. UPS took statement and I never heard from them again. I contacted Life Fit again, they said that they now showed the package was never received. I told them to cancel my account and refund my money, to which they agreed they would do. It is now over two months since I was billed for the order, I still haven't got my money back. Life Fit is now contradicting their statement saying their records now show that package was received and I signed for it. They now want me to file a Police report for stolen items which I had never received. If this happens to you DO NOT file a Police report for a couple of reasons. 1. You would have to had possession of the item for it to be stolen, letting Life Fit off the hook. 2. You would be filing false Police Reports. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
