Returned product: no refund
I ordered the Lifeberry Acai Berry as a free sample and returned the product within the proper time frame. I have the Cancellation Confirmation#, the Return Merchandise Authorization number and the post office confirmation that it was returned.
They never credited my credit card the $87.13 plus the $2.61 Foreign Fee.

I never ordered nor received LIFEBERRY but was charged $49.95 on my credit card. I cannot locate any info on how to reach this company except for one phone no which is always busy.

charged even though I cancelled
I ordered a .99 cent sample product and was charged for the sample and a mnths supply. I cancelled even before I recieved the sample and then was charged $87 for a months supply. I called several times to get the charge reversed and waited over 12 weeks and I still have not recieved my refund.

Fraud
Product advertised fraudently. There is no free trial. Company will cal you up to 20 times a day to confirm that you order anything. Will send numerous amounts of products and bill same. NO 30 DAY FREE TRIAL!!!

BILLING
I think that everyone there is named Vic so far I have called twice to have this removed
phone # 1-866-951-1393 and talked to VIC twice and bill for it twice I did do a dispute with the credit card and had it taken care of that way..I see that I am not the only person that expected a free sample and then have it cost $87.13 dollars lousy buisness practices...

my wife bought the product for a trail and she never got the product, but was billed for a large amount of money and then called the company and they said the account was cancelled after billing my account for over 100.00 dollars and then a .99 fee for god no's what for. what a joke all people that can hardly speak english, what is happening to this country? we have been taking over by other country's and scammed by them.
I quess you can say they have beat us at our own game. we have now cancelled the credit card and have not and will not see a refunded from this company. I hope that someone is reading this and can cancell there card before they are scammed. Dam commies i say put them back on the boat and get rid of them all.

I got a sample of acai berry detox for $3.95 and then they took $86 and change from my account that I did not authorised.

Non Delivery of product and No refund
No product delivered after 14 days of initial order. Spoke to Supervisor and gave me a tracking ##. Would not refund me the money. Gave me a return # to use on the box.
