FRAUD
The product Max Acai Berry Supplement is a SCAM! I ordered a "free trial" on the internet (located on MSN.com) which my credit card was charged $0.99 for, however I never received. I attempted SEVERAL times to contact the company to cancel any further shipments in fear of additional charges in the future, however I was never able to get a representative on the line--the recording just repeated itself over and over again and never gave an option to speak with someone. Just as I had suspected, my credit card was charged 15 days later for $87.13 from LIFEBERRY. I have since cancelled that credit card number, but am disputing the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

free trail not free
ad states get a free trial... then if canceled within 15 days no charges they took the money out before I even got the diet pills to try. They then claim the 15 days start at the time of ordering. How can you try it free to see if you want it if they charge you before you even get the pills. This is a real scam. and they are just stealing peoples money. DONT TRY THE FREE TRIAL. Burned for $87.00

charges
I saw and ad for a trial period of Acai berry on the yahoo main page so took a look at it and it said 4.95 trial for 30 days, I got a call from a man confirming order and asking about the trial colon cleanse . He said they wanted to ship this also and mentionrd a charge od 39.95 and I asked are you charging me 39.95 and he changed the convrsation and said iI had 14 days to cancel . So I called the customer service number and all it does is switch you around and hangs up on you. I also have tried to get into website with no luck . just wanted people to be aware.

False Advertising--FRAUD
I have the same story as everyone else. Signed up for the "RISK FREE TRIAL" (not so risk free) and have never received the product but have already incurred charges because the trial period has ended. I checked the website and found that the product which is supposedly on it's way was not even shipped until after the trial had expired. AMAZING!!! How do I use a free trial to determine if I want to continue receiving the product if it's only mailed out after the trial has ended??? I don't know if anyone will actually receive a refund but... after I threatened to have a dispute made with my bank account they told me if I returned the unused product (don't know how i am going to return something i don't have) with a certain number they would refund the money to my card. BUT... I already closed my debit card. So I am just going to do the bank dispute anyway!!! Below I am putting a copy of part of the chat log with the company. I hope it helps someone.
ME: Also, i have not received the product and have already been charged
(CA-106) Elieza: It's clearly stated on our terms and conditions that if your account remains active after the 15 day free trial period starting on the date of order, you will be billed for the full amount of the product. The product is a monthly supply for as long as your account remains active. Since your account was not canceled you were billed for the full month supply.
(CA-106) Elieza: Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
ME: i will be putting in a dispute with my bank
(CA-106) Elieza: You may return one bottle for a refund. Just kindly return the bottle with your RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package to:
(CA-106) Elieza: Returns Department
(CA-106) Elieza: 3007 Greene St
(CA-106) Elieza: Hollywood, Fl. 33020
(CA-106) Elieza: Your RMA # is
(CA-106) Elieza: XXXXXX-XXXXX
ME: the card has already been closed
(CA-106) Elieza: Okay, and how may I assist you with that?
ME: how will i recieve a refund to the card if it has been closed?
(CA-106) Elieza: You may ask your bank about that.

Unauthorized charges
I was charged three times in a row for lifeberry. I don't know what it is and haven't received anything. It is wrong to charge me, and I want to make sure it is stopped and I am refunded!

account charged no product received
ordered free sample with minimal shipping charge and was called a few days later to order a supply for $8O+. I specifically declined stating that I wanted to try samples first. My account was charged the $8O+ and received no product.

Being charged for nothing!
I too, am a victim of the Lifeberry scam!
I ordered a trial sample of their Acia Berry Detox back in July and have yet to receive it, yet they charged my credit card $87.13 . I have made tons of calls to them as well as having online chats with them on their order support website. I get the same song and dance story about how if my account remains active for 15 days i am responsible for the charge. I am not about to be charged $87.13 for something i have never received!
Stay away from these people Stay FAR FAR away!
