Never received product and my account was still charged
I want my money back I ordered the free trail offer for LifeBerry and Acidburn on July 7th. The product didn't arrive so I cancelled my order;however my account was still debited for the product and the company is refusing to give me a refund stating that I had to cancel the product within 15 days. I thought it was 15 days after receipt of the product but to my disbelief they are saying from the time it was ordered. This is ridiculous I am being charged for a FREE sample and on top of that I don't have the product so how is this company allowed to keep scamming consumers? I want my money back and this company should be investigated. BUYER BE AWARE this company is a FRAUD!!!

i canceled my membership and my account was charged with over 100.00 of products i have never receivied
please remove me from your product list and return my money to my debit card today.

Being charged for item never recieved
I am being charged for an item (Lifeberry) I never received. I initially ordered it as a free trial, but never received the item. Now my account is being charged $87.13.

Charged #86 to my Credit Card for free sample!
I ordered a free trial for what was supposed to be under $5 and they have charged my credit card $86! What do I do now?

Money removed from my account for free trial never recieved
I was charged $86 in my bank account that was issued online for shipping of a free sample of Life Berry, I never agreed to any additional purchases. The shipping was under $5.00 and never recieved the product. What can be done?
