This complaint is because of the very very bad attitude or behaviour from the doctor.
Since my sister is having some problem, we went to Lifeline Hospital for check up on march 22 2010.
We are waiting in the ward for more than 45min for our turn to meet the doctor(Gynecologist).
But when my sister entered the cabin, the doctor is ready with her hand bag to leave.
And she is not in a state of listning the problem of my sister, she just simply asked to get some reports and
asked her to take some tablets and left the place.
My sister is in a depressed state and it become more worse after consulting the doctor.
I think they doesnt even know the attitude of behaving with a patient, and they money and time which we paid for the consultation is entirely waste.
The hospital is maintaining a website where you can see all the facilities, acheivements of the hospital.
But there is no way to raise a complaint, if the hospital thinks it is more efficient they have to include a
way atleast a mail id where we can post our complaints.
