Purchased a shoe rack (imported from Malaysia) on 19.11.2006 with full payment.
When staff of Lifestyle Homestore was assembling the Shoe Rack (imported from Malaysia) in my house, the wheels broke. He informed that the wheels are defective and they would be replaced.
After making several calls, wheels were replaced with local ones, made by a local shop in Peerhagarhi, Delhi. In spite of many complaints that I wanted the original wheel replacement and not made in Peerhagarhi, no action has yet been taken. Complaints have been made up to the level of Area Manager-North but no action from them.
Earlier the excuse was that they have called for original wheels from Dubai (Ho.O. of Lifestyle). Later the excuse was that staff was busy with the 'SALE'. That too ended in FEB06. Still in the month of MAY the issue is pending.
For your information, the name of LIFESTYLE Head in India is confidential. He is inaccessible even through letter. This is what the staff says.

I think that LIFESTYLE is the biggest cheating store who takes 100% advance payment and 0% after sales service.
