I purchased a Lifetime 7x' storage shed online from HomeDepot.
Not only were 6 parts missing but several parts were the wrong sizes. I was constantly on the phone with Lifetime's customer service people. The main comments were that I should have checked all the parts list first (which we did...didn't know you had to measure every part to make sure it was right, and "I've never had this much trouble with a shed before"...gee thanks. They agreed to send the correct size pieces and missing pieces, although when I called back about another part I discovered that the rep who took the first call never put in the request for the missing part. This project cost me over $150 extra to have the guys putting up my shed stand around while I was on the phone, spend extra time cutting parts to fit which COULD be used (another wonderful suggestion from the Lifetime customer service rep) and have to come back to finish the job. I was also displeased with Lifetime comments such as "you don't really need that part...it's just for support"...hello, you don't think support is important. I am also extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. The shed is very flimsy!

In conclusion, not only will I never buy any product from this company but I will never buy anything again from Home Depot because they don't seem to care about the quality control of the products they carry.
