I have an 80 gig zune which has been well taken care of and hardly ever used. One of the pins on the bottom right disappeared so i sent it in under my 2 year warranty. I just got it back 2 weeks later not only is it not fixed but the idiot at the repair place smashed half of my other pins into the zune, so they are all bent to heck.

I called the company who worked on it and they deny everything of course and tell me to call my warranty company. So i did and they tell me that well we don't cover replacing the pins. So here i am with an 80 gig zune as a paperweight unless i can find a way to get it fixed that doesn't involve paying 150 bucks for a new motherboard all because one of the retards at lifetime service center in NY broke it.

Now 2 days later after the run around Neither walmart's warranty center nor the idiots who where suppose to work on it are taking the blame or even trying to help resolve the issue. Then why buy the warranty if they are gonna screw you out of it anyway?

They claim that it came in that way which it did not, i went to the ups store and we bubble rapped the mp3 player and stuck it nice and snug in a box, it didn't leave here the way it came back.
