Dear,
Builder of above address (Mr. Shankarbhai) is not installed lift in B-Block, since Year 2000, so many times request him but there is no action taken by him. Members of B-block submitted him 25, 000 Rs. per flat to him for utility services of B-block in Year 1999-2000. Builder provided lift facility to A-Block of same Appartment, then why pending for B-block? What type of legal action should be taken against builder. Please suggest...
