unauthorized bank transaction
This company offers a trial of their product for $4 and some odd cents. You can purchase another product for $79.95 or you can just check the Free Trial..which I did...with no further obligation. I received the product (wrinkle serum)very promptly...now 30 days later they have debited my account for the $79.95 that I didn't want to purchase with the free trial and not only did I not receive that product(which I didn't want but they said it would be 14 days before they would reimburse my $79.95...OH HELL NO..I will go to my bank and have them to remove the charge. I will also stay on this company by any and all means possible to give them pure HELL for ripping people off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...LIFTSP Multi Peptide Youth Serum with Acai at www.spbeauty.com After this I don't need youth serum..I need a face lift and some nerve pills!!! Rhonda S.

over charged
I was charged $69.99 U.S. [$89.99 Canadian] on my Visa for ordering a free product that was $4.95 for shipping. When I got my Visa bill, the original charge was there but also the extra charge was there. I was not told that I would have this extra charge if I didn't send the product back in 14 days if I wasn't satisfied with it. I phoned the company about this 'surprise' and was told the charge was for the above reason. I said, I paid all this money for this little sample. She said yes, and explained that it was all explained in the paper work, which I would have remembered if it was there. I'm quite upset about it.

overcharging
I called the 800 numbers from the TV ad for LiftSP free trial for 4.95 postage. The customer rep was very forceful and would not accept no for an answer. She kept trying to sell me on more products. I fianlly told her to just cancel my whole order completely. Unfortunately I had already given her my credit card # and when I never received the product and the 4.95 appeared on my charge card plus another charge for 29.95 I called the 866 # and spoke to Yanda. She was very pleasant and checked it out and said the 4.95 product should arrive any day and whatever the 29.95 charge was for had not been shipped. so she would reverse the 29.95 by the end of the week and gave me a code #4CDA7. She also assured me nothing else would be sent or charged. Now today 1/31 I see a charge of 79.95 appeared on my acct dated Jan 27. I have called my credit card company to contest the charges and they have Drilift listed as the company and it is a software company. They are sending me paperwork that I have disputed these charges and am not paying them. I will try to call them on Monday and resolve this matter.

Unauthorized charge
I ordered the "free trial" of LiftSP which I knew I would be paying $4.95 shipping and handling. They billed me for shipping and handling and on the same day a $29.95 charge. I did not authorize this charge nor was there anything in writing on the website, when ordering, saying there was going to be an additional charge. I cancelled my subscription with them on the 14th day (per their instructions under the terms), got a confirmation number and was told there would be no more charges. I guess I wait for the next bill to see if there is another charge from them. In the mean time they will gete another call and if I'm not satisfied... the Better Business Bureau is going to be getting a report of this also.

rippoff
I ordered a 14 day free trial. When I received it I didn't understand the letter sent with it. To me it sounded as if I opened the bottle and sent it back within 14 days they would bill me. I didn't trust it and tried calling the number on the letter. Of course I never got through to them. I sent the trial bottle back within 14 days and was still billed. I thought it may have crossed in the mail. I also sent a letter with the unopened bottle stating what I stated here. I received another bottle and still no refund from the first bottle. I didn't even open the packaage and wrote return to sender. Got a third bottle today and was billed for it already. Finally got someone from the company and they are only refunding me the third bottle. STAY AWAY from them!!!

Credit Card Charge
I ordered their product and started getting a lot of unauthorized emails from about 11 different people and it made me realize that as soon as I ordered the product, they sent my email address to other merchants. I called immedialely to cancel my order and was told it was canceled. Today I got the charge on my credit card. I called again and was told the order shipped but my account would be canceled. I called my local bank that I have the credit card and they sent me a dispute form. I filled out the form so they cannot charge my credit card again. I read a lot of complaints that this site is a fraud website. They will not be able to charge my account again since I filled out a dispute form. Hope that helps someone else going through the same problem as me. As soon as you dispute a charge, they will be blocked from ever charging your account again.

Unauthorized charges
They ripped me off after canceling membership, took money from account but I never received product, called customer service to cancel membership, then within 8 days, they took more money from account. Fail to refund ' shipping and handling' for products I never received. Will give them 10 days send a double refund, since they took money out twice.

fraud
Complete rip-off. You pay @ $6 shipping for a sample of their serum and then they charge you $80 plus on your credit card for NOTHING, then you find out in the fine print that they will do this every month until you "cancel" your membership, however when you phone to cancel and complain, you are put on hold (there is no-one there.) Your credit card is charged by a "computer software" company. This company advertises on Facebook and is a complete fraud. I had to cancel my credit card.

unauthorized $79.95 charge
Responded to a sample of skin lotion from Rejuvenate Worldwide and this was a companion offer. There was nothing in the offering mention the separate price of $79.95. Tried to call and receive a recording, "no one is available take your call".
I have been suckered!
