They dont disclose the cost DHL is going to charge you to return/exchange whatever you may have purchased from them. DHL told me it would cost me $82.50 in US funds to send back to Light In The Box. Plus the site tells me after the fact that it will cost a 15% amount of product for restocking and then you will also pay shipping for the new item to be shipped out to you if this is the case. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SVC. TELEPHONE NUBMER AND THERE PROCESS FOR GETTING A "RETURN FORM" IS REDICULOUS. I'm on day 3 of going back and forth with this company via e-mail and its never a two way conversation but a back and forth a day later conversation. It sounds to me like their basically probing me and forcing me to agree to pay all the fees mentioned above or they wont send me the form. I wont buy from Light In The Box (China) ever again!!!
