refund
i purchased a visa gift card to make purchases online. i ordered 2 netbook laptop computers from them. they took the money off the card and then sent me an e mail that i needed a photo copy of the card and bank info. well after i made purchases and they collected my money i assumed everything was fine. i threw the card away as it was no longer needed as the money was spent. well they cancelled my order and said they refunded my card. i explained to them i needed the card number i gave them as i had no record of it. they said check with my bank. i explained that it was a gift card that i purchased and paid for and i didnt get it from a bank. they would send me the same response. i dont understand why they would take the money from the card and later tell me they needed more info. they should have requested that before they took my money. 418.00 dollars of my money. i need the card number to collect my money and have no way of collecting unless they give me the number. please help

iphone
they sent me an iphone that didn't work with 5 chargers none of which worked it was about 100$ and i just got ripped off they said they would give me a refund i sent the phone back never got anything at all most people get coupons but me i got nothing i prefer amazon it always works for me and my friends recommended but it didn't have the iphone =( =( =(
it keeps saying processing what fags.
i do not want to show the order number just in case=(

never received items
Ordered 5 items from LightintheBox.com. I only received 2 items via UPS. The rest were supposedly shipped via EMS. I inquired why that were 2 shipments instead of only using UPS, no reply from Lightinthebox.com. They used EMS, the shipping status changed daily. All of a sudden it arrived in my postal zipcode with delivery unsuccessful and since then no update. I verified the right address and there is no reply from LightintheBox.com as to where my order is.
Rip off site, don't order from them, .

FRAUD FIXED
Hi,
I am the on who originally wrote the FRAUD complaint. I did as the customer service notation on this complaint site asked and included my customer# / order# in my complaint. So, to be fair, I had to come back and let you all know that after doing this they did refund the entire amount to my bank account within the week, so now my children can have Christmas after all. I hope that all of you can also get your complaints resolved this way. PLEASE TAKE THE ADVICE AND INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR COMPLAINT because I wish everyone as much luck as I have had. I think Lightinthebox's biggest problem is good communication after orders are made. Thank you lightinthebox for stepping up.

They are scammers!!!
Well i ordered a sciphone i68+3G off of them and when it came the screen was broken and when i switched it on it seemed to be out of caliberation so i opened a ticket and got a returns form sent it back in july and recived a email in october saying it had arrived and ever since then i have been trying to contact theyre customer service with no sucess i have tried emailing [email protected] aswell and i sent him 16 emails and he didnt reply to any of them so DO NOT buy from lightinthebox.com!!!

Company is a rip off!
I purchased from this company 3 times. The first time I was scared, because they are in China, but everything arrived and I was happy with the product, so I ordered a second time. More than 1/2 of the items were incorrect, and one wasn't even in the box! I contacted them, and they sent me the missing item. And assured me that they would fix the other items. In the meantime I ordered again. This time was worse. Most of the stuff was incorrect, or never shipped at all. I was charged almost $180.00 for shipping, and only received about 3 pounds of merchandise. No refund on shipping was available - even on the stuff they never shipped (out of stock). It has been over 6 months and I can't get an answer on their phone #, no one returns e-mails or "tickets" left on the website!
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF - PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

All products sold by this company are in violation of United States Trademark Laws. Many of their golf items are advertised on their website as OEM, which in the US means Original Equipment Manufacturer, while others are clearly labelled as replicas. In fact, all items are "replicas" or fakes, constituting fraudulent use of the manufacturers' names.

Refusal to pay refunds for damaged and lost merchandise
At least eight drop ship orders for golf equipment arrived at customers in US as damaged or wrong products. LightintheBox agreed to settle disputes filed with PayPal by paying partial refunds for damaged items and a full refund for an item confiscated by USCBP. However, once disputes were cleared by PayPal the company has refused to pay the promised refunds.

They have stolen our images and likeness from www.nicolematernity.com and are using the unauthorized images to profit on their site, fraudelently representing that they are they designers ofNicole Michelle's maternity wedding dresses. They do not have possesion of or authorization to sell our designs. They also do not have permission to use our images. They are clearly violating our copyrights and trademarks.
