I bought 6 "Energy Saver Reflector Flood Lights" (Model2915L) for my kitchen on 8/1/08. On 8/2/08 one of them quit working and I returned it to Wal-Mart and got a replacement. Yesterday, 5/3/09 another one quit. I tried to return it to Wal-Mart only to find out that they no longer carry these. (gee, I wonder why???). I called the company to see if I could find out if someone else in my area carries these. The girl who answered mumbled so badly that I had to ask if I had reached Lights of America Customer Service. She said no and put me on hold. A few minutes later a guy answered and I found that I did have the right number. He advised me that my only option was to ship the defective bulb back for a replacement. Both of these people were very unprofessional. Of course, they know I'm not going to go to the trouble and expense of shipping this piece of junk back so I can get another piece of junk. And he's wrong . . . I do have another option. . . I don't have to do business with this sorry bunch again and I can make sure everyone I know hears about it. And furthermore, I'm sick to death of all the GREEN crap. Just make a product that is affordable and works and Al Gore can bite me!!!
