Horrific treatment of a young students
I enrolled my 2 year-old daughter in ballet lessons at the Lily Hachar Dance Studio. When we arrived for her first class, the owner and teacher did not greet the parents or students. She simply demanded that the students be left in the instruction room with her and her staff.
All the parents were left in a waiting area unable to observe how the children were doing. When some of the children began crying, we realized that the access doors to the classroom were locked. Soon after, two young girls were brought out crying so hard that they were almost vomiting. When my child completed the class and was released, I found her soiled with urine.
The excuse that was given to me was that the staff did not have enough time to take her to the restroom. I later realized that she also had a bruise on her left arm where it appeared she had been held back.
