I called in today at 1.40pm to enquire about a product which i wanted to purchase, and the sales officer shoo-ed me away and hang up immediately after saying 'its lunch time! call back later!'
Is the company supposed to be offically closed during lunch hour? And is this the customer service that a company is supposed to offer in the 1st place?
