On the 04th February 2010 Lime Media Contacted me and offered us our company to try out their marketing Champaign to advertise on Google.Lime media said that our advert would be on the first page when pewople secherd on white shark diving . This did not happen, we waited to see if it would improve. Lime Media agreed to invoice us monthly 1300R + send us a monthly report. The report came a few times and then STOPPED. Thereafter the invoicing STOPPED and we heard no more since June 20l0. I now received 2 mails One last week and one yesterday and 2 calls whereof the last one on the 15th was threating and Martin Oliliev Accounts Manager, Lime Media was shouting & screaming to me when I tried to explain why we are not interested in paying for a service not provided and agreements not kept. I had to eventually put the phone down as he afforded me no opportunity to speak at all and I felt very uncomfortable and harassed.
Martin thereafter proceeded threatened via email to take me to Court and have me/us pay the full account of 11856 rand + 21000 in lawyers fees and also shouted to me on the phone that Lime Media have taken so many of their customers to court and won so I/we would be no exception .!!! Despite the fact that no invoices reports or service has been provided since June 2010 In the firs mail to me last week ( since June last year).
Lime media offered in their first mail to lower the cost to half price since they felt "PARTLY RESPONSIBLE" for the situation of not sending the invoices? I am wondering why they only feel party responsible since they are the ones issuing the invoices and the so called reports that did not come according to the original agreement
I was very clear when I entered the agreement with Lime media, that to proceed with anything we need to get a monthly Invoice and report and as history has it this did not happen. We paid the last Invoice June 2010. I am not sure what Lime media is trying to do companies and people but I feel a thorough investigation of their business conduct and their marketing methods would be in good place. Our Business have got a proud and honest reputation. We are well respected and enjoy credit pretty much everywhere as we are known to pay our bills and keep our commitments.We have a great standing with all banks, insurance institutions Government departments, financial institutions Business relations and such like and do not appreciate being treated unfairly and threatening by a company that has not kept their part of the barging to start with. We could certanly do with some advive in this matter and warmly look forward to your response
