Paypal Dispute Case number :PP-000-977-547-996

I have sent the doll to the buyer after received money but I did not know why the parcel returned to me(Post office showed the parcel was sent to buyer but no one there to receive the parcel then return to seller). I sent email to buyer asked about the returned parcel. Then the buyer opened a case on Paypal at 5 Jun 2010.

I gave the proof photo of shipping form, postoffice sending status to paypal.

Today 3 July 2010 I received the decided email from Paypal then as below message.

After careful consideration of the evidence provided in the case detailed
below, we have completed our investigation and decided in favor of the
buyer. Under terms of our User Agreement, we have debited the following amount from your PayPal account as a refund to the buyer.

I feel very disappointed of paypal and I do not think it is NOT a fair decision. I paid the postage and the charges on EBAY for selling the doll. Now I lost these two charges`s money. If paypal refund postage and EBAY charges(selling product final value amount around 10%) to me is fine. I totally disappointed that why I lost of money as it is not my fault.

I will report to police station and Japan consumer centre for this unfair decision.
