I ordered the 50 States Coin collection in December Christmas, i got charged in January, and the operator told me that the coins are being delayed by 2 weeks. After then, I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone, and my credit card was charged twice for coins which I did not agree to. Now, I can't get no one to answer the phone, only that stupid answering service. They are a rip-off and I want my money back. How do I pursue that?
