Purchased coins off a Limited Treasures commercial back in October 2009. Called before Christmas in 2009 and they said it was shipped on the 7th of December, but did not have any tracking info. Called in January, told me they had a shipping error and any coins shipped on December 7th or 8th had to be shipped on January 7th. Called in February and they switched to an automated system with no call back or email after I left a message and sent an email. Spent over 250 and don't have anything to show. Not sure what to do now. Don't buy anything from this company.
Very poor customer service, don't know anything and always has an excuse for why I don't have my product.
Someone needs to do something about these kinds of companies and any lawyers or attorneys out there need to go after companies like this.
I'm about to go to the BBB on this issue.
