partial order
My mother ordered the state coin bears back in June of 2009. She received 30 of them a month later, then 4 more 1 month after that. She has never received the other 17 bears, plus the George Washington silver dollar coin bear that was suppose to be included. Limited Treasures charged her over $400.00 on her credit card. She is 71 years old, and is so upset over not getting her bears that I'm concerned for her health. How can a company rip off a little old lady like this and feel no remorse? I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission about Limited Treasures Inc.

Paid for but not receiving product
I have contacted them and of course get a recording asking me to leave a message because they are busy helping other customers. I have left a message and told them to stop taking money out of my account until I get my bears. They took aother payment again this month (February)! Isn't that illegal??? I am going to my bank tomorrow! The number I have for them that shows up on my bank statement is 1-800-910-1735. We were supposed to get all the state quarter bears and all of the gold dollar bears made so far. They have been taking several payments out of my account since August of 2009 and it is now February of 2010. We have only received a couple of bears. I did talk to them once and they said that they would not charge my account for any bears that were not going to be shipped, obviously that was a lie! The government should be involved! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME OUT OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!
