I orderd state coin collection in dec. and never received my order. Many phone calls and emails were made. I received an email the product will be shipped in 2-3 weeks and never received anything. I don't reccommend ordering from this company

I sent them a US Postal Money order around the middle of October 2009, for the 24 ct. gold plated quarters in a red box and a free red box with the first 4 president coins. The shipping date on the invoice was 11/12/09. When I received the 2 boxes the presidential box was badly damaged. I called their customer service to explain what had happened. I talked to a person named Darryl. He told me they would send me out a new one right away, to replace the damaged box. It is the end of March and I have not received anything. I am tired of waiting. I did not realize that it would take so long to replace a box. Before I realized that I would probably never get what I had paid for in my first order, I ordered the 24 ct. gold territorial quarters, as well as the next three (#5, 6, and 7) 24 ct. gold presidential dollar coins, and have not received those either. I have continued to try to contact LT by phone using at least three different phone numbers. Some times I get thru, and am told that they will get back to me in 7 to 10 days. Some times they say they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. They have NEVER called me back. I feel lucky that I did not use a credit card, as it seems like they have been double, triple and even quadruple dipping for the credit card numbers that they have, but I do want my coins, or my money back, without delay. I ordered a set of coin bears in Augt of 2009. I still have not recieved bear number 3 new jersey and also a dollar bear. I assume will never get them
I paid over 500 dollars and all I wamt is these bears to complete my collection. Every time I call I get a run around. I recommed no one deals with this company.
