order not completed
back in july of 2009 i had placed an order through an informercial / limited treasures for the complete 50 states of america coin bears as a gift for christmas to my granddaughter. my charge card was used and payment made in days after the order was paid. around nov i received a part of my order with 15 bears on back order. the closer it got to christmas i was calling several times to find out what was going on. I was told some bears were on back order but when they came in the rest of the order would be sent. christmas came on went without the remaining bears being sent. i have been trying to call and find out where the rest of my order was, but all i got was a recording stating all their customer service agents were busy with other customers, and to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I have been leaving messages for 2 weeks now and no one has contacted from the company. the recording also gave a web site for contact and an answer as to the questions one my have. the web site does not exists as far as my checking into it. I have no idea whats going on and can't contact anyone from the company to ask. I really believe this is a big scam and the goverment agency that handles this type of problem NEEDS to check into this company and take action !!!

50 STATE COINS
WAS CHARGED 535.70 FOR 2 SETS COINS FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS. I WAS CHARGED AGAIN 122.15 IN DEC. FOR NEZXT SET. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I CAN'T REACH THEM BY PHONE. ONLY ONCE THEY ANSWERED AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD RE-ORDER THE SET. STILL NOTHING!!!

Items not recieved
I ordered the gold 50 state quarters and was supposed to get the display cases with them. I was charged 19.95 for each display case (2) back on July 4 2009. I have emailed them three times now and they keep telling me that they will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. I have seen MANY coplaints about this place and hope that someone will start a class action suit against them. If I knew the way to get this started, I would sure do it. This place should be investigated and SHUT DOWN NOW

Unauthorized Charges
I purchased the first set of the State Coin Bears back in July 09. I NEVER received them until the end of Nov.. I called Limited Treasures and told them I would get them elsewhere and NOT to charge me for future shipments. In the last 4 days (Jan 2010) they charged me $324.22 and $72.83 on my bank debit card. I call ALL the numbers I have for them, and it's either a recording (no one has ever called back) or it doesn't ring and just hangs up. I am now going thru my back and disputing BOTH charges. Keep away from this company, NOT worth the aggravation, btw they also overdrew my account and I was hit with $50 in fees.

never recieved the goods
ordered from tv infomercial, early dec 2009 here it is feb 3 2010 still have not recieved the coin collection... charged me 138.00 plus 29.99 never recieved cant call, when i call infomercial theY will sell sell sell you but wont help you if you where alreAdy TAKEN THE FIRST TIME ... THE GIVE YOU SOME NUMBER WHEN THEY ANSWER YOU GET A RECORDING SAYING YOU MAYBE ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW...

Product paid for and not shipoped
I too ordered the State Coin Bears, Order was placed last August, so far I have recieved 1 (one)
Bear (The John Adams) Presidential Bear and thats it.
So far my Debit card has been charged ...08 /31/09...$39.73... 10/01/09...$39.73...10/13/09..$16.94..11/12/09...$39.73...12/10/09...$56.67...12/15/09...$16.94... 01/04/10...$39.73... For a total of $249.47... I have had to cancel my Debit card and get a new one to stop them from taking more, I can't afford them at this price.. Plus the headaches...
I can't get in touch with them either..I turned my complaint over to the banks fraud department and let them handle it..

state bears
I ordered the state bears from limited Treasures in Oct. 2009. I recieved the first 12 bears. They have not sent the George Washington bear that you got free. I have called them several times. One of the lastest calls the hung up on me. The last call which was today. They was going to have a superviser call me back before 5pm. They had my home phone and my cell number but I never recieved a call back. They just want to keep reordering the bears for you and then they tell you give them 7 to 10 working days for you to recieve the bears. Then after that time goes by you have to call them again. They tell you they will reordered them again.They just keep doing that to you. They have taking money out of my account in Nov. and Dec. for bears I have never recieved. I will never buy another thing from Limited Treasures. And to think They advise on television. You would think they would send people their product.

i ordered the fifty state quarter set in october and have been billed but its now jan 25 and i have never recieved anything i called my credit card and put it under review none of thr avstv or limited tresures numbers work they are a scame and need punished thats just wrong

State Quarter coin bears
I ordered the ten coin bear set from an infomercial. It took about four months till they charged my credit card account. I paid the bill and now it has been over one month and I still have not received the shipment. I called the customer service number and they are either experiencing technical difficulties, busy or closed. I finally got through on the order line but they can only take orders. It was like trying to talk to a zombie. Do not order from this company. They are the biggest joke I have ever seen.
