We had a bachelor party last weekend and used their service. I guess its customary but they had me pre-pay for the LIMO. The driver was great and very accomodating, she made the trip worth it. However 2 nights later, I'm out back playing ball with my son, the owner PHIL calls me up and starts asking me all kinds of questions about where we went and what we did. He is asking me specific times as to when were were picked up. I told him I was out having a good time and truthfully never really looked at my watch. So the guy has the balls to tell me to look in my cell phone and tell him what times I called the LIMO driver to pick us up. What the hell kind of a LIMO company gets up in peoples business like that??? If you want a fun night out sure use Phil and his company TriState but if you find it rude for some jerk to call you up at home and start pushing you to answer questions about what you did and where you went and what times you were picked up DO NOT USE TRI STATE!!
