Oh my god!!! Worst costomer service ever!!! Worst company Ever !!! Get your jewlery from any other place but here!!! My fiance ordered me a ring for valentines day. TWO MONTHS later not only did it never show up but the customer service reps. dont know where it is or w hat to tell me????? They said maybe its lost then someone said there was a delay, and no one knew anything for sure!!! We said we just wanted a refund but they wont give us our money back until the ring shows up!!! R they insane, like this is my fault !!!???? And then i was told that if the ring shows up at my house that i have to pay the shipping to return it and then when they get there ring back ill recieve my money!! Is that nuts or what ?Evertime you call with a question they say someone will call in 48 to 72 hours. NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK!!!Then you call and tell them no one called me, and they tell you again someone will call you in 48 to 72 hours again !!! What do you do??? I have no product and no money and no answers !!! And no end in site for this issue. INSANE!!! Ill be taking this company to small claims court. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! Youll be disappointed.
