Initially I ordered a limo for May 3, 2008 for my daughter's prom. Since then she didn't need the limo. I have tried to reach Limo Ryde USA INC. from 4/1 - 4/11 2008 but there was no answer and I could not leave a message Finnally on 4/12/08 I talked with a woman named Dianna and informed her of the cancellation. She stated we would get a full refund. They had informed us to send a check for $500.00 to hold the Limo and they would send us a contract. On 3/17/08 they cashed the check we never received a contract and they never called us. We have tried to contact them at the numbers they left on their web page and the numbers just ring now and no one answers.

There is a man by the name of Mr. Fadi who we first made arrangements for the Limo, we have not heard from Him or his wife Diana and they refuse to contact us concearning our $500.00 dollars. We took the time to go to the suite that they provided us with as an address to mail the check, to our surprise there was no Limo Ryde USA INC. there, it was a UPS postal box service and there was no suite 343. There was a P.O.BOX 343 that Mr. Fadi & his wife Diane own and do there bogus bussiness out of. They cashed the check at CITI Bank down the street from the UPS store, we went to talk to the bank informing them that these individuals stole my daughters prom money when they took our check and cashed it and refused to give us our refund, and now we find out there is no Limo Ryde USA business at the location. The manager did inform us that they do come in there and get there mail and she knew who we were talking about, and informed us that they have received court papers before and that they refuse to take them. My Daughters Prom is at stake and we are out of $500.00 dollars which we can't afford because I have just started a new job after being laid off for 6 months. I can't seem to find the words to exspress to my only daughter that she may not have a ride to the most wonderful time in a young girls life, because of consumer fraud. We plan to take them to small claims court but we don't even know where to start we have no knowledge of where these people are only numbers off there web page that they never answer 1-888-697-9331/1-866-505-7933/1-888-454-6679. I believe they are screening our calls and recognizing our number and dilebratly not answering. And the only address is a P.O.BOX 343 that they receive mail at regularly. We just want our $500.00 dollars for services they never rendered and now we even wonder if they really intended on providing use with a Limo at all.
