This Company has Offices up and down the
This Company has Offices along the Front Range as well as in Wyoming and Kansas. They have a great BBB Rating as well as Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship. I have talked with the CEO Doug about their Manager Jerry in Colorado Springs. Jerry hired my crew and me on May 20, 2011 to roof 9 Homes here in town. After finishing 4 of the jobs @$55. per sq. and telling us that payroll is turned in on Thrusday to get paid on Fridays.
This is where this Company showed their true colors. On Saturday the 28th Jerry told us that he was waiting for Doug to Deposit a check in their account, but he didn't know when the bank closed. This sounded fishy to me so I called the Main Branch in Greeley, Co. At this time I talked with the CEO Doug. He informed me that they pay on the 1st and 15th of the month. This is also after Inspection Passed through Regional. I asked him why Jerry told us different and he couldn't explain for Jerry. Finally on the 31st of May we received a check at 5pm in a parking lot of NAPA Auto Parts Store. It was supposed to be for the 4 homes @$55 per sq. and 10sqs @65 per sq. this is when he informed us that he was only paying $50. per sq. and $60. per sq for steep. He also shorted us 6sqs and $155.00. Then he told me that they don't pay more for steeps. I Called him a liar to his face. I have been in the Business for over 12yrs in the field as well as in the office of other Companies. He responded that he has been in the Business for 8yrs and they have never paid more for steep decks. I called up to Doug again. My understanding was that they do pay extra and that Jerry is In control of the payable amount for this area. Now how can a Company with great reviews can allow a person like Jerry that has no skills in the Management Department, screw the hard working Labors that stand behind all my workmanship since 1999. I believe that this Company feels they have no Control of their Management Skills with Homeowners or the Contractors that provide jobs and Craftsmanship in Colorado Springs.
