If you are military stay away from here. There is a military clause on the contract but if you get orders and have to terminate your lease before the end of the contract you will be charged one months rent which isn't outlined in the contract. If you received any discounts they will have to be paid back too. I'm in the process of fighting this with JAG officers, so to save you the trouble, stay away.
