Knock in Motor
My wife and I drove Cadillacs for the last 6 vehicles each. We switch to Lincoln when Ford did not take any money from the goverment
anyway my 2011 Kincoln MKX has a knock in the motor when firsted up cold. this last for about 6 to 8 minutes untill the engine and oil reach temp.
I have called ford, Lincoln, Ford credit, Nevada state general, BBB and two local news companys. nobody seems to care. Ford put out a bulletine saying they are aware of the knock and are working on a solution. this was 2 months ago. Why should I pay 62plus thoousand dollars for a car and have to deal and listgen to a knock. replace the car or buy it back. nope I am left out to dry untill ford decides it wants to do something
Findlay Lincoln Mercury said to me, , Do not bring this back again...we cant do anything for you
