I returned to FB today and my England FV farm is an older setting of my farm. I currently had an English windmill in the center and now I have withered plants and I didn't noticed it right off but the crops were withered too so I replanted some but then noticed my setting was all different with no castle, etc. All my cc cash for FV, gameplay for wedding party, FV card cash's is now missing because my farm is an older farm setting not the updated one. Is it lost for good or can you restore it again. OMG! Please help! I put in a support help claim ref 110505-2811849 but haven't heard any reply that it's been received either yet about less than an hour ago. If you can assist me that w/b great! My England FV farm is not the same as the last time/last nite as it is now. I just had to pay for wilted crops that should have been ok but you have an older unrevised up-dated version pic of my farm. In the center now is plants/flowers where it's been recently an English windmill & my castle, wedding stuff, all is gone. What can you do? If you can't go back I have lost all my game play & FV cash spend from cards + paying thru CC. Hope you have the last updated farm saved but this will not be satisfactory. Sofar, I have lost a lot of my farm. Please help and advise immediately. Thanks, Linda

I am glad to assist you. Linda, the FarmVille Studio is currently aware that there have been some player reports of lost game progress. Players have reported a wide range of lost farm progress, such as 1 day, 1 week, or even longer. We understand that this is a serious problem affecting your farm. This issue is one of our highest priorities to investigate. We will be working towards a solution as soon as we can identify the root cause of the problem. We sincerely apologize for the lost progress you have experienced. Please be patient as we work to resolve this issue.

How can you resolve this issue and what are we suppose to do in the meantime, and when will this be done. Do you realize this is a game but it takes real money to play FV and that's why some people don't play that I know who are friends. Every time some a big problem happens we are the ones to loose and we get some of our value back. I can't see you getting back what was lost since when a orchard is lost we have to give every tree back listed to you & put it together ourselves. I think this is going to be like the paypal issue people loosing too much money and not getting it back. I'm going to check on my cards & cash thru cc cards & see how much money I have lost.
I DO EXPECT SOON BEFORE TOO LATE ITEMS THAT I HAVE LOST THAT ARE ENDING 1 DAY OR SOON THAT I CAN'T GET BACK OR GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN PURCHASE THEM BACK. I LOST 2 ROYAL STEED HORSES, 3 LOVERS ARCH 3 ROYAL CRYSTAL TREES, THE MYSTERY GAME IS ABOUT OVER & I LOST MY BLACK HORSE & ALL THE ITEMS IN THIS MYSTERY SET, BALL OF BUTTERFLIES, LOST 3 MINI PIGS, 3 WEDDING TREES, 6 GIANT WEDDING TREES, ROYAL GUARD DUCK, ROYAL HORSE, WEDDING ARCHWAY, 2 WEDDING CAKES, WEDDING CARRIAGE, SWING, RAM W/PURPLE STRIPES, BREEDED ONE PINK W/PURPLE STRIPES, lost 2 of the 2nd common alpaca's and a blue jay on perch uncommon both from mystery gift game now going on, 2 ROYAL TABLES THAT ARN'T LISTED ANY MORE I HAVE ONE BUT HAD 3 ROYAL TABLE. THESE ARE ENDING IN 1 DAY SO EITHER GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK OR ITEMS BACK WITHIN A DAY PLEASE OR IT W/B TOO LATE.

My blue macaw that I purchased that match rio hang glider parrot is gone very sad about that, knight steed, romantic cottage, 3-4 Giant ribbon flower trees, 3 ribbon flower trees, wedding fountain, 1 ram white w/purple camo, 1 ram pink w/purple camo, 2 chameleon ewes, 2 rams w/rainbow dots, KINGS CASTLE, castle tower, castle bridge, gatehouse, ram with stripes, others thru breeding, and all the other gifts & horses in the mystery games, wedding bouquet, 2-4 wedding fences, 4 wedding flower pot stands, navy ewe, English brown rabbit ? not sure the name, 2 cream draft horses, Hens: 2 golden, 1 white, 1 rhode island, 1 black, & 1 cornish since my coop were outside of my fully expanded coop 83 instead of 100 so I'm missing 17 & what I see missing is 1 rainbow, 1 modern game hen + ?, spring basket items yellow duck + 1 flower sheep, Exmoor pony, hereford cow, 4 lion statues, court yard fountain, 1 midland hawthorn tree, 2 hawthorn trees, missing lg rainbow tree, missing 2 water moat groupings I had both are missing2 moat corner 1's, 2 moat corner 2's, 2 moat corner 3's, 2 moat corner 4's, and 2 moat 1's, 6 moat 2's, 2 moat 3's, & 2 moat 4's, saddleback pig gone, 2 purple boars w/white spots, 1 purple boar w/o spots pig, 2 white pigs, 2 white w/tan spots, turquoise or green pigs & some almost blue had boars & pigs 2 of each gone, light pink/tan boar w/spots & w/o spots boar & pigs, hereford cow, exmoor pony, robin hood duck ? I think its name, white fox, wolf, lemonade stand, and a Town Fountain. I'd be ok if I got all these back. Please help soon on this situation. I do have a lot of money & time involved.
