After ordering flowers at Christmas for my mother, and picking up the Easy Saver offer, I was not satisfied with the business ethics of Pro Flowers and cancelled the Easy Saver option (within the 30-days allowed) and received a confirmation of doing so. However, I am seeing the charge for this "offer" on my bank statement. This is indicative of how the flower transaction was done by Pro Flowers. I demand credit to my account for something I cancelled months ago. This is ridiculous and is tantamount to out-right theft.
