I signed up for having Lindelle photography in Feb. of 2006 for my wedding on June 10th, 2006. We went to the David's Bridal in Whitehall, PA. My (ex husband) fiance and I were told that we could sign up with a repayment plan of "12 months repayment after the wedding, " so we chose the $1, 999 package with the 11x14 Portrait and 2- 5x7 set of remaining originals. This package is not the lowest priced package, but the 2nd to lowest I believe. We specifically asked the person who was selling and the David's Bridal manager if we could pay back on the 12mo. agreement, and both said "Yes" after we asked. Then we signed for the package, and I then paid a deposit of $680.00, and then recieved a receipt in the mail a couple days later asking us to sign it since she did not have us sign it when we were there ( I would of had to sign it for using the David's Bridal credit card in this agreement). When we recieved the receipt, it said in small letters under the signature that it was a "6 month repayment plan" for the agreement. So I called Patty, (the lady who sold us the package), who apologized and she said that the deposit is non-refundable, and that I should contact you. So we are in a bind now because we had the idea that we were signing under a "12 mo. agreement" for this package. We could not afford this package under the 6mo. plan, and I had no help from my parents. I could just not afford this package, nor did I sign the reciept for it! I contacted the customer service in email stating these concerns and never heard back. I asked if we could have taken the lowest package of $1, 000 instead because I would have been better able to repay it at that time, and there was no response. Now collections is suing me because I could not afford for this, which I did not sign up for. This is eing taken to court, so i would like it if you send me an invoice with proof of my signatures and original signed documents. I never even received albums that were supposed to be included, and they were going to charge me an additional amount if I asked for the albums...which were supposed to be part of the package. The pictures turned out horribly, and my ex husband has half of them, so why am I being charged $2000 dollars for all of this nonsense which I never even signed for? Sincerely, Rebecca Anne Waine-Ryan
