Double bill
I ordered a dustruffle before Christmas. It was not a custom order and should have been shipped fairly quickly. We have yet to receive the order and they charged my card twice!! I was really looking forward to matching the dustruffle to a quilt my mother made for me! Boo Hiss Linens 4 You!

Terrible company
I ordered $475.00 worth of bed sheets from Linens 4 You on December 26, and my account was charged immediately for the full amount and they sent a confirmation email. After 20 days, I have yet to receive the order, and their website shows no sign of the order being shipped or any projected shipping date. I have attempted to contact them by phone, but the recording claims that they are too busy to accept my call, and that I should email their 'sales dept.', which replied via a robotic email. I have read other complaints of goods charged for and not shipped for months and months. I will give them another day or so to respond to me, then contact the state attorney general's office.

Avoid at all costs
Check out Linens4you with the BBB of South Florida. They have an F rating. They take your money, never ship the merchandise, then never issue refund. They have been reported to the Florida Attorney General's office. They are not located in Oregon.

Awful company
I placed an order for multiple items back in September. I paid in FULL on my credit card and to date, I have received NOTHING. I have called and emailed innumerable times, and no one will respond to me. I am so discouraged and disappointed with this company. DON"T be fooled by their ad for great customer service. I am out almost $250.00 and have NO merchandise to show for it.

Simply awful
I placed an order with linens4you.net. Two comforter sets were ordered. One was priced at $39.99, which I was told was advertised incorrectly. The real price was $225. I ordered it, anyway, but then was advised that it was discontinued. The other I purchased for $280. When I got the "turquoise" comforter, it was more of a slate blue. I returned it according to their very specific instructions. Yesterday was four weeks since they received it, and I have yet to be issued a credit to my charge card. The company has "recently gone through a change in ownership, which has delayed my request for a reversal of the charge." They tell me that now I have to contact my card company, who is then to contact Linens 4 You about the reversal. Hogwash! Don't order from this company. Customer service is not their concern.

Charged twice

Awful experience
I placed an order in August 2008 for some sheets. They charged my credit card the same day and sent a confirmation number to use to check the progress of my order.
After a month had passed with no shipment received, I started to check regularly on their website to see if the order was shipped, but each time it only showed as 'ordered'. At approx. 6 weeks after the order, I began trying to contact them. I first tried by phone, but one number was disconnected and the other kept going to an answering machine, so I left messages but they never returned my calls.
I then tried faxing them to cancel the order, but again had no response. I emailed on numerous occasions but never received an answer. Meanwhile, my order STILL shows as 'ordered' on their system. I have yet to reach anyone by phone, fax or email! At one point when I went online to their site, they said they were updating the website and to be patient. However, nothing has happened yet and it has been 5 months now.
I recently filed a complaint with the Washington state Attorney General's office and they are starting an investigation. I encourage others to do the same, as this is obviously not a reputable company!

Scam and cheating
I purchased a comforter set from this company in May 2008. My purchase was paid for with a debit card. They promptly took their payment. I finally received the product in June, and was not satisfied with the color. I returned the merchandise to the company. They received it on July 3. It is now November, and I have yet to receive a refund. They keep insisting that I contact my 'credit card company' to issue a form to reverse the charges. My bank does does offer this service for payments on my debit card.
After several calls and emails, I was told on August 3 that they would be happy to issue a refund by check, but to allow 3-6 weeks. It has now been FOURTEEN weeks and all I get out of them is an explanation of how the company has gone through a change in ownership and my refund has been delayed due to changes in policy. I have also been told that my emails were not answered because the communications offices were closed due to renovations.
I have given them every opportunity to make things right. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls, and mailed a certified letter, with supporting documents. The letter was signed for on 10/24/2008. Still, no return phone call or any correspondence.
My conclusion is that Linens 4 You wants this matter to be handled in court.
