This store is closing and I purchased a 3 pc rug set for $103.00. I tried to make an exchange for a different color but was told no returns or exchanges. I asked if I can exchange it at another store and was told "I only work her, I don't make the rules". She then told me again, no returns or exchanges. I am now stuck with a $103.00 bill for a product I can't use. I am very upset that I was not allowed to exchange at another store.
