I purchased rust color towels in linen'n'things. I washed them with other towels in warm water. My beige Avanti towels came out of the wash with orange blotches all over them. I called the store manager in the Holmdel store. She replied that I should have washed them in cold water. The washing instructions say to wash in warm water. She then told me that I should do a separate wash for these two bath towels and 2 hand towels.

Not my idea of customer service!
