I placed and paid for an order on 9th June 2010. I had purchased 5 pieces (2 pieces each within a range and another stand alone piece).
I received a bra and panties that I had ordered in the same range. After writing and chasing for reply, I finally have a confirmation today (more than 3 months later) that the other 3 pieces on back order - 1 piece of the range is not available so they shipped the available g-string in that range and another dress is also not available. The e-mail stated the g-string would be shipped tomorrow.
When I wrote immediately to request for the cancellation of the g-string (no point for me to get the bottom when the other piece in the range is not available), I was told that the g-string has been shipped today.
What kind of service is this when the website do not offer the customer the choice to cancel the order? I am still waiting for reply! Terrible customer service and no follow up. You need to chase and chase for an answer. This is the worse I have faced. Victoria Secret is much better and more efficient.
