My router is under warantee and have had a couple of issues with it, but when I called Linksys for service, their Tech "lady" who spoke poor English, kept me on the line for 1 1/2 hours for troubleshooting before determining the router was defective. An hour and a half?! Please?! And now their return policy ensures it will be at least 3-4 weeks before I have a replacement one. Nice ~ real nice Linksys ~ I run 4 computers for our home business! I will never buy another one!!!
