Awful experience

I purchased the white, wooden bunk bed with the wooden support boards that hold the matress. The bunk bed recently crashed down on my son, breaking some vessels in his eyes! I am very unhappy and I hope they return my call, and the letter that I sent them today in the mail!! I will get a lawyer. This could have been fatal!

Broken parts

I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase.

After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. The cracks would make it impossible to put the bookcase together. The panels will need to be replaced.

I saw on the Assembly Instructions booklet that I am to contact Linon Customer Service prior to returning the item to the store. I tried by phone but was put on hold for such a long time that I begin to use the E-mail address provide to contact the company.

Please advise me on what to do next concerning the cracked panels. This item was purchased for my granddaughter's bedroom who now lives with me. I purchased for $99, my very strict budget will not allow me to go out and purchase another. Please assist me with getting replacement parts for this bookcase. You prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
