I saw an infomercial on TV about Lip Fusion which is a product I had purchased from Sephora several months prior. The advertisement stated that if you sign up for their Perfect Pout Club Membership you will receive a 60 day supply of their Lip Fusion Bare Kit at a reduced price of $29.99 plus $9.99 shipping and handling. Well I, like an idiot got suckered into their scam. I gave them my credit card and within one week received my first shipment. On July 26, 2007 my credit card was charged $9.99. On August 27, 2007 my credit card was then charged $29.99.

I received a second shipment of the same product on September 4, 2007 and on September 27, 2007 my credit card was charged twice... once for $29.99 and then again for $21.39. On October 5, 2007 I contacted the company and ask that my account be cancelled. The customer service representative assured me that no more product would be shipped to my home nor would I be charged any further amount. I asked the representative if she had a confirmation number that, in case of a problem (HA HA), I could refer to. She assured me that the account was definitely cancelled, I would not be charged any further and that a confirmation number was not necessary. Well on October 29, 2007 my credit card was again charged $21.39. I contacted the company again and a customer service representative became irate when I asked him to credit my account for the $21.39 I was charged in err. I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected.

The second time I called I spoke with a different man who again became irate when I asked that I be credited the $21.39 charge on my account. I once again asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. After holding for one hour I than called again and when I gave the customer service representative my name they hung up on me. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
