I should have known better than to think I was getting this product for free. I checked and double checked the information on the website to make sure this was a FREE TRIAL, and found no information stating that I had to call and cancel within 14 days or they would bill my credit card and sign me on to their "club" that conveniently sends you more product without you bothering to order. Of course when I received my cc statement and saw that charge, I was upset about it. And I had received more product and returned it unopened because I didn't know I was supposed to call the company to cancel shipments. On the unopened package I wrote "cancel shipments" since I had not lost weight on this product. Now that my credit card has, once again, been billed and I have received no more product, I am angry! I found the website online and again found no "14 day free trial" information...that is, until I clicked on the fine print at the bottom of the page and it took me to a pop-up screen stating that the free trial was for 14 days. How misleading! And also in the pop-up after the fine print, it says you have to CALL the company to cancel, they cannot cancel shipments if you have written it on a returned package. So how do I get out of this junk? I may have to cancel my credit card.
