On August 5, 2010 @ 23:22 I purchased $97.94 dollars worth of merchandise from this company. As my address is a local one, the package was supposed to be shipped via Domestic- First Class Residential. It has been a month since the company has debted the money out of my account, and I have yet to receive any word (email, phone call, or product).
At this point, since it seems that my purchase will never arrive, I want the company to refund me my full cost.
If someone were to ask me whether or not I'd recommend this product, I'd have to be more honest and say that the company was unable to fulfill my order and did not respond to my requests.
