This ignorant rep sent me an e-mail after i asked to cancel my subscription stating they would not cancel it. to preface this, i received the four books i ordered before the deadline and was sent an email prior to this one verifying it. here are the prior emails (first section). the second section is what i received after i submitted my cancellation.

MESSAGE: i ordered 4 books and it was charged to my credit card and you all are charging me AGAIN for other books. what is going on here? is this a scam? and why does it say my charge to my credit card was adjusted and it has clearly been charged?

you received my order by 7/24 and that was the contract date. why are you not upholding your agreement? there were no prior orders. why don't you look at my account before stating that i had prior orders shipped? any books you sent me were certainly returned by 7/24. i believe this is a scam and will report to the better busiiness bureau if not rectified immediately.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. THIS IS A PURE SCAM, PLUS - THEIR BOOKS ARE VERY HIGH PRICED. I'D RATHER BUY FROM AMAZON FOR WAAAAAY LESS.
