Raza Babar Faiza is the business owner. I have various emails over a span of one and half months where we discussed the cost and what was included with the purchase of a kitten. He delivered a kitten that was sick and had to be returned. He ignored phone calls from us about the sick kitten. He then gave us another kitten that had a fungus which we paid the vet to take care of. The cat was not vaccinated or de-wormed as he said it would be. I paid extra for a litter box, litter, food, and toys for the kitten. There was also supposed to be 15 days of free grooming. I never received anything except the food. For a month he was saying he will get us those things but avoided any phone calls. Raza finally decided he will not return the money we paid for these items and he will not give us those items either. The whole time I was assured that nothing would go wrong and I would be pleased with their service. What happened was he took my money and ran. Please warn anyone else thinking of doing business with PetMart. They are thieves.
