Using a "broken" card machine and charged me 3 times
This is a Little Caesars pizza that is not actually in Houston but in Mission Bend, a small community located just outside of Houston, just letting you know that to avoid any confusion over the location. This is what happened at this location. They did not tell anyone that the card machine was broken and are swiping debit and credit cards many times, causing them to overcharge. The machine may not be "broken" at all, but they may be lying just so they can overcharge people. If it was truly broken, they would have put up a sign and told people they cannot use their cards. However, instead of doing this they are just continuing to use a "broken" machine! They charged me 3 times on my card when I only ordered 2 pizzas and a Pepsi and now I have to go deal with the bank on this. My receipt says I paid $11.91 but when I checked my card's balance it said I spent 3 times of what I paid simply because they swiped my card 3 times! That is when I called them and they told me their machine was "broken". Was it really "broken" or did they lie to me? That is what I want to know.

Hot and Ready
Dear Little Caesars,
I would like to inform you that on the day of Friday 1/07/11 my Hot and Ready was neither hot nor ready. I must admit I was highly disappointed given the fact that I chose your establishment over Pizza Hut which is directly adjacent to the Little Caesars on 717 S I-35e, Denton, TX 76205. Now me being a previously content customer I decided to wait on this pizza. Approximately five minutes and some odd seconds later, ironically I received my “Hot and Ready”. This is not a complaint but more of a concerned consumer caring about what he gets for his dollar. Being an entrepreneur I understand that you don’t have any direct control over every employer on your payroll however, I couldn’t help but notice a poster on the window that read your Hot and Ready promise. Since I was not pleased with the customer service or efficiency of your “promise” I would like some form of empathy shown towards this matter.

Poorly Made Pizza
I went into Little Caesars to get 1 of their hot and readys.Its $5.25 where I live and I was 1 cent short.The cashier told me so and I go well cant you take 1 penny from the tip jar or just forget about it, Its just 1 penny and He looks at me like Im crazy and then I have to go to the car and get a penny just to satisfiy him.I understand that they gotta make money but its just a penny.Ive seen restaurants take money from donation jars to cover for bills.
Another complaint is I went there for another Hot and Ready and it wasnt even close to Hot and Ready.It was dry like it had been sitting there for days and It was mainly cold with only parts of it being warm/hot.
I really think Little Caesars needs to rethink their entire buisness because they are very corrupt.Their pizza isnt even that good, Its just cheap.The crust is too hard and rubbery, The pepperoni are way too spicy, and the Pizza falls apart when you have a lot of toppings on it (Extra Cheese for example).

This kind of unfair service needs to stop.
I am a customer of this little caesar's pizza and I also happen to be visually impaired. Well I call and place an order with them for delivery and when I get done telling the lady what I all wanted she asks when can I pick it up. I then stated that I wanted it for delivery. She then says that we don't deliver and that in order for them to deliver it has to be a group order. I ask how much would it have to be and she states $40 or more. I was so furious because in the past it used to be $20 or more for lunch hours and $15 or more for evening hours for delivery. I really find it sad that there are places like this that only the fully sighted with cars are able to have their service. This kind of unfair service needs to stop.
