After watching a Little Giant Ladder systems infomercial I am left with one question. Does this product work?

This is either the best tool for homes ever or a piece of junk.

Does anyone out there own this product and can they tell me if it is worth the money and if the customer service is any good. Should i buy a Little Giant Ladder or stay with the old standard.
