We had water problems all week in the cabin we were in... no one explained anything to us until we lost the water pressure... then a man named george was suppose to have told us on our arrival and later during the week... we never heard from him. we had no water on friday, saturday and just left sunday... we were suppose to leave monday... we had a small baby and 2 other children that needed baths... we all needed to go to the bathroom... that was fun... in the woods... we left and called the office they said they could get us another cabin...we had 1 night left... would have to wait until one oclock to get it and we were packed in 3 cars... with 3 elderly persons... and the children... no way... the office person said if we had paid with a credit card they would reimburse us...but with a check they didn't know what they could do... we have waited until now... have not heard a word... no sorry... no nothing... they still owe us $220.00 will never go their again... they are very inconsiderate... have no values... will warn others any way we can... thanks...
