The best jewelery store EVER! I was hesitant walking in, I had been scorned by every other jewelry store on the strip but walking in was different all on it's own.

They were warm, welcoming and no pressure.

I said "I am just looking, " defensively. They smiled and said "that's okay, take your time, look around, if you need me, my name is.."

I looked and I saw something I loved but didn't want to say anything in fear I was going to be pressured. The sales associate noticed me coming back to the item and said "here let me show you it, looks better out of the case and its fun to play, no pressure to buy." It was like she could sense that I was worried about my buying experience. I tried it on and loved it, but I wasn't ready to purchase. She then said I forgot to get your name. I gave it to her and that's when she said nice to meet you and again gave me her name.

She followed by using my name and educating me all about the piece I was looking at. She told me about the warranties, she told me about the buying options if I wanted to purchase it in the future. She also told me a list of sales events coming up that would save me even more money. I felt like I could trust her.

As I was about to leave she saw my engagement ring and offered to clean it for me. I was hesitant again, I was so used to going into other stores and them telling me somethings wrong to get a repair out of me. But she said I promise I will take good care of it. She scoped it. While she was cleaning I noticed over at a diamond case I could hear a diamond presentation going on with a young kid who looked scared to death. The sales associate was so warm and kind and really cared about the every detail that was going into this piece. She wanted to make sure it was perfect for the girl and that he knew even if he didn't go with that ring or even this store he had all the knowledge going out into the rest of the mall.

To my surprise, the sales associate came back with my ring with no issues. No tips needing to be re tipped, no loose stones. AND it looked like NEW. She buffed and polished it, steam cleaned it, and put it in the ultra bright and the ultra sonic. And she didn't charge me for it.

She gave me a card and ended with, "Anything you need, not just jewelry, if you have a question, someone said something in another jewelry store you don't understand give us a call. Let me be your jeweler."
