We got in touch with Livares Infotech Private Limited, Trivandrum to build and develop a website.The period promised by the leads of the company to the client, was just two weeks at the time of contract signing. The whole amount for the entire work was given to the company by the client in advance which was a mistake done in the first place. The words from the business development was so much filled with confidence and the client fell for it. The marketing techniques of those people made the client to commit another two websites too to the company. But for the client's luck and god's grace, the payments were not initiated. In spite of giving enough and more time, the works were not progressing and the client after 30 days, asked the person who came representing the company, Livares Infotech, to at least show where you have reached. Then, a site was loaded as beta version, under two names, one redirecting to another . The executive then told the client, they have no idea why the site is loading slow and they are working on that.
After few days, the site was not out, and the client called up the executive, and asked for the control panel and website access. This was just to check the work progress, the executive was too rude at that time, and handed over the phone to their head. The head then explained something about a messed up hosting issue and then the confused client called up the executive again. The executive shouted at the client for asking the database/website access and told him that, for a company, the head is important and not the client. The experience and proper training come into play when you deal with your clients. If you have lack in technical knowledge, experience and training, you will mess up the entire stuff.
Then onwards the client lost his interest and the head promised to rectify all the errors within a week's time.In a mail sent to the client, the head also told the client, with utmost arrogance, what ever the client does, it is not going to affect livares infotech.The way they dealt with the client was too bad and the client removed them from further contracts and works. On the day, promised, the client called up again and they had not finished the pending works. The way the head reacted to a client who paid his money and wasted his valuable time waiting for this work to finish was treated like a begging person on the street. The people work at livares, not even one knows the fact that when a customer is doing a favor when he approaches a firm and they need to take care of them in a professional manner. Finally, the site is abandoned by the customer and the firm is happy and safe as the customer doesn't have time to go legally to claim funds. They have got their money and the customer has nothing in hand.
Advice:-Learn to do things and then start doing things. A professional is someone who knows what to do, when to do, how to do, why to do, where to do and, DOING it friends, not someone who blames the customer or others for their mistakes. I would never recommend to go for Livares Infotech, Trivandrum for your official needs if you need to get your works completed and in working conditions.
