Hidden charges for other programs.
I order a trail bottle of Acai Advance after reading and hearing what a wonderful product it was, but I beleive the product is not all that it is cracked up to be. What the company does is slide in this free trial offer other dud products AND WHEN YOU CANCEL TIMELY IF YOU DON'T KNOW TO CANCEL EVERYTHING SEPARATELY YOU ARE STILL LOCK INTO THE OTHER DUD PRODUCT! Well they stole $24.95 out of my account and won't refund the money. So I will make sure that I put this information on Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and I will write every celerberty who endorses this procuct to let them know about the hidden cost they are chargeing everyday people like myself. Well that goes to show you that there is nothing free...

15 day trial
This company offers a 15 day trial that starts the day you order! Then they promise that you will receive the product within 5-7 business days. That leaves you with 7-9 days to actually try their product before they start charging your credit card the next very large amount of money to get next months supply. I didn't receive the product within the time limit they said, then it came while I was away. Now my trial is over and there is no refund. This is a scam!! Who pays this much for real drugs?? I was sucked in by a quick fix to help me loose weight. I regret my poor judgement.

Scam
Pop up on internet with story of woman from Davis, CA who lost weight by using Acai Advanced. Free offer of 30 day sample with only payment required for shipping and handling. I did not see anything that said I would receive at a considerable expense future mailings automatically charged to my account if not cancelled within 15 days of placing order. Product received 11 days after purchasing but did not open for a few days. As soon as I read insert on terms and conditions (of which I do not recall seeing when ordering), called to cancel but one day too late. Ed, #4713, was rude and hung up on me when I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor or manager. No refund or reimbursement. Now I have been charge $95.85 for a product I have no intention of using and would definitely not have ordered if I had been aware. What a scam!!!

cancellation
I just cancelled and the guy told me I had to send it back. No way does it state that on ANYTHING> More of a scam. I have to spend more money to return it???? HELLOOOOOOOOOOO.
I dont think it says that on anything they sent me.
What do any of you think?

Unauthorized charges after cancellation.
I contacted this company when I received a "free" sample (I paid the shipping and handling). I sent the product back without opening it and mailed it following the instructions given to me by a customer service rep. I was reviewing my bank statement today and I found a charge of 24.95 to my account. I have been trying to contact them and have been on perpetual hold.
I want to file a complaint and I would like to take action against this kind of rip off.
I am contacting my bank and I'm going to try and put a block on this.

I obtained the "free" sample through a survey scam deal...I have learned a lesson about the internet...crooks!!
