unathorized deductions from my account
I have been charged $24.95 per month for something I never ordered from this company. I had ordered a free trial offer for the herbal supplement acai and somehow this company got ahold of my debit card information and this monthly fee has been taken out since April 2009. It is now Jan. 2010 and that totals over $200 and I want a refund but have no way to contact them. This company should be turned in for the fraud they are pulling on hundreds of people! I am now going to cancel my card and start all over. An awful lot of work for nothing.

I returned the WuYi tea and they have not refunded my money and keep deducting money from my account.

I keep getting charged 19.95 a month for a product I got one time and cancelled. I don't know how to get this company to quit charging me. Please help

Unauthorized charges
I was charged $19.95 on 8/8/08, 7/09/08, 6/10/08, 5/10/08, 4/10/08, 3/11/08, totaling
$119.70. I did not order anything, nor authorize this charge. I would like a refund of these charges. My credit card was cancelled because of these unauthorized charges. A check can be sent to me directly. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I did not catch these charges earlier, because I have been ill.

still taking money from credit card
I cancelled this way back in june 2008. I had never received anything from this company after joing Wu Yi Tea another scam company. All i could get was a phone number and i am in Australia so it is not cheap phoning. I have just discovered that on the 24 July they debited my Credit card for the anount of $21.26. Then on the 25th August another $23.85 On the 25th August $24.67 and then in October $30.86. How can this company be made to repay these amounts. illegal monthly charges
This company's a real beauty. You can only try their tea by giving them your credit card BUT they say you can cancel any time. However, they continue to charge you...until you catch them, that is. In my case, it took about 11 months or so. Tomorrow I RE-cancel this monthly charge and demand a full refund. If I am refused, I will inform my babk of this blatant example of credit card fraud.

I purchased A tea that surpressed your appetite on line and cancelled it. I just noticed a deduction of $19.95 from my monthly statement that I did not authorise. Please stop any more withdrawals from my account. On Monday I will be going to my insitution and stop payment on this tranaction. Linda Foote

i noticed a $19.95 charge on my credit card that i never made. i never bought anything from live life lean. i have been charged this amount since may, so they owe me $139.65

Wu Yi Tea has partnered with Live Life Lean to conspire to automatically sign up consumers without their knowledge of membership to Live Life Lean. Live Life Lean subsequently charges consumers $19.95 a month without providing a product nor service. This is fraud.
