Charges on credit card
Am being charged $19.95 and I withdrew using the tea product, each time I call your number 18663965711 am being told you have no records in your system but am being charged every month the ref number on my credit card statement appears as 800-2737813.

Being charged 19.95 usd monthly
I have ordered the weight loss tea in april/may 08 and paid for this with my credit card. Since then i am being charged for a monthly subscription that i have not requested. I kindly require for this amount to be reversed and cancel all future transaction.

I was billed $19.95 in May and July
I have been billed $19.95 on May 30th and again on July 4th 2008. I called the company and was told that I would be refunded. My cc company says to change my card number...

For five months I had unauthorized charges to my credit card. They got my info from WUYITEA-WUYISOURCE (866-8415550) BE AWARE OF THEM!

Taking money from account
I have never ordered any product from this company, they got my banking information from Wu-Yi Source back in April 2008. Since then they have taken various amounts of money ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 every month. I have emailed them approximately 8 times demanding money be returned to my account for which they keep telling me they will within 5 - 8 working days. I have yet to see one cent returned to me. It has amazed me as they say they don't ship outside America, I live in Australia, so why deduct money from someone who lives in a place they don't send to. If you can help me in any way I would appreciate it as I don't seem to get anywhere with them by dealing with them directly. I can not afford to have this company continually taking my money. Thank you in advance for any help you can possibly give me.

Did not order anything from this company
I had ordered the Wu-Yi tea in January and canceled my order in May. I have been noticing a charge of $20.14 and since I canceled my order and was refunded the last order I had my bank check into these charges and I never ordered anything from your company. I would appreciate a refund and please stop charging my account. I could not fill out the above too much as I don't know anything about the company or where it is.

taking money out of my account
i did not order what ever you are charging me for $19.95 I did not give you premission to take this
out of my account and who gave you my account #.
If my money is not put back into my account now I will be sending a letter to Texas att. General with a law suit.
